Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InfieldHQ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use InfieldHQ.

Who can use InfieldHQ

You must be 18 or older to create an account. InfieldHQ is built for adults (league administrators, coaches, and parents) to run and support youth recreational leagues. Children do not create their own accounts.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

League and role responsibilities

If you administer a league, you're responsible for obtaining any consents required to add and manage participant information, including parental consent for children's information, and for using the service in line with your league's rules and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Don't use InfieldHQ for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't misuse other people's personal information.

Content you add

You keep ownership of the information and content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to add it.

Music and walk-up songs

Features that play or reference music may rely on third-party music services subject to their own terms. You are responsible for using those features in line with the applicable service's terms and any licensing requirements.

Service availability

We work to keep InfieldHQ available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InfieldHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using InfieldHQ at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
